PestFree.Direct accepts returns of new unopened merchandise and unused equipment but does not accept returns on used equipment.
PestFree.Direct will give a full refund for the items returned less shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.

- All items (except equipment) that have not been opened can be returned
- A customer support specialist will provide you the information on how and where to return the product.
- You have 30 days to request a return after receipt of product.
- Once we receive and process your return, we will give you a refund or credit as outlined above. Most refunds are processed within 2-4 days after receiving your Shipment.
